Here are the ways you can order from Examgen:

1. ORDER VIA FAMIS

  1. Log on to NYC FAMIS Purchasing: https://dfoforms.nycenet.edu/ecatalog/default.aspx
  2. You can search through our vendor name: Examgen or through our contract number: 7000636
  3. Remember that many of our products are NYSTL approved but you can also save more money via ordering packages.

2. ORDER VIA NON-CONTRACTED VENDOR WAY

  1. Log on to NYC FAMIS Purchasing as usual, then, under “Options,” select “Non-Contracted”; “Commodities,” then “Sole-Vendor.”
  2. When prompted, select “Vendor Inquiry” and enter our vendor ID (EXA050000) or our Name (Examgen). Select Examgen from the list.
  3. Fill out the Delivery, Invoice and Account information as needed. Then enter the items you wish to purchase, attach a Sole-Source Letter and W-9 Form, and click on Submit Order. For your convenience, we have electronic versions of our Sole-Source Letter and W-9 Forms here:
